Looking for a Church
Our Story
1
The Freedom Center Church began in 1975 as Quail Valley Church, meeting in an elementary school with just ten families and a vision to share the love of Jesus Christ. As the church grew, God provided a permanent home and expanded its ministry through worship, prayer, discipleship, and outreach. In 2011, Quail Valley Church became The Freedom Center Church, reflecting a renewed focus on Salvation, Deliverance, and Healing through Jesus Christ. Following 25 years of faithful leadership by Pastor Curry Juneau, Pastor Greg Crawford became Senior Pastor in 2012, continuing to build on the church’s strong foundation. Today, The Freedom Center Church remains committed to helping people Love God, Love Others, and Live Intentionally. As we celebrate God’s faithfulness throughout our history, we look forward with faith and anticipation, believing the best is yet to come.

Why Join a Church?
-
People come to church for many reasons. Some are looking for community. Others want a place for their family to grow. Some are drawn by the worship, the teaching, opportunities to serve, or simply because they feel welcomed and at home.
None of those reasons are wrong. In fact, they are often the first steps that bring people through the doors of a local church. But before anything else, we believe the most important question is:
Do You Know Jesus?
The primary purpose of the church is not simply attendance, friendship, personal growth, or even service. The church exists to worship Jesus Christ and help people grow in a relationship with Him. True church membership begins with a personal relationship with Jesus as Savior and Lord. Because of that relationship, we gather with other believers to worship God, grow in our faith, love one another, and serve together.
The Most Important Question: If you were to step into eternity today, what confidence would you have that you would be with God forever?
Many people point to being a good person, attending church, reading the Bible, praying, or helping others. While those are valuable practices, the Bible teaches that salvation is not earned through good works. Our hope is found in Jesus Christ alone. The good news of the Gospel is that Jesus died for our sins, rose again, and offers forgiveness and eternal life to all who place their faith in Him.
Before We Talk About Membership:
Before discussing church history, structure, doctrine, or ministry opportunities, we begin with the foundation of everything:
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Because church membership matters, but knowing Christ matters most.

God’s Love for You - John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. God loves you. He wants you to have eternal life. Jesus is God gift of salvation.
Step 1: Recognize Your Need - Romans 3:23
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Every person has sinned. Sin separates us from God. We cannot save ourselves.
Step 2: Understand the Consequence - Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death...Sin has a penalty. Spiritual death means separation from God. We all owe a debt we cannot pay.
Step 3: Receive God Gift - Romans 6:23...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Jesus paid the debt for our sin.
He died on the cross and rose again.
Salvation is a free gift from God.
Step 4: Believe and Confess - Romans 10:9-10
If you confess with your mouth Jesus a...
Prayer of Salvation
Dear God,
I know that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, that He died on the cross for my sins, and that He rose again from the grave. Today I turn from my sin and place my trust in Jesus alone as my Savior and Lord. Please forgive my sins, come into my life, and make me the person You want me to be. Thank You for Your love, Your mercy, and the gift of eternal life. I receive Your free gift of salvation by faith.
In Jesus name, Amen.

1. The Scriptures
We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible Word of God and the final authority for Christian faith, doctrine, and daily living.
2. God
We believe there is one God, Creator of all things, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3. Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return again in power and glory.
4. The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit dwells in every believer, empowers Christian living, unites believers in Christ, and continues to distribute spiritual gifts for the work of ministry and the building up of the Church.
5. Salvation
We believe all people have sinned and are separated from God. Salvation is found only through faith in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross. We are saved by grace through faith and are born again by the Holy Spirit.
6. New Life in Christ
We believe that all who trust in Christ become new creations, are forgiven of their sins, and are declared righteous before God. Believers are called to grow in holiness through the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit.
7. Assurance of Salvation
We believe that every believer can have assurance of salvation based on God’s promises in His Word, not on personal merit or performance.
8. The Church
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, made up of all true believers. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, and believers are called to walk in unity, love, and mutual service.
9. Baptism and Communion
We believe water baptism by immersion is a public declaration of faith and obedience to Christ. We believe communion should be observed regularly in remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice and in anticipation of His return.
10. Christ’s Return and Eternal Destiny
We believe in the personal, visible, and glorious return of Jesus Christ. We believe in the resurrection of the dead, eternal life for believers, and final judgment for all people. We are called to live in hopeful expectation and readiness for His return.
11. Eternal Accountability
We believe it is appointed for every person to die once and then face judgment before God. Therefore, believers should live faithfully, prepared for the return of Christ, our coming King and Bridegroom.
